 Verified Teddy was polite and professional.   He clearly explained the issue to me (along with the other issues he checked) and he answered all my questions thoroughly.  Verified Had a washer for 18 years - it finally gave up the ghost.  Had Chase come over to see if there was possibly a simple fix.  He diagnosed the problem very quickly and turns out the repair would as much as a new washer.
