 Verified Teddy was polite and professional.   He clearly explained the issue to me (along with the other issues he checked) and he answered all my questions thoroughly.  He worked for hours and stayed late to finish the job and fix my fridge so that I wouldn't lose my food.  I would definitely recommend him.

He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out was his integrity. Instead of trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs, he gave me straightforward advice that helped me make the best decision. It's hard to find technicians who are both highly skilled and genuinely looking out for the customer, but Chase is definitely one of them. If you're looking for someone you can trust, I highly recommend Chase and the team at Roka. Excellent customer service, great communication, and true professionalism.  Verified Had a washer for 18 years - it finally gave up the ghost.  Had Chase come over to see if there was possibly a simple fix.  He diagnosed the problem very quickly and turns out the repair would as much as a new washer.  He was very conscientious and professional in providing recommendations and feature suggestions on a new model.  Give him a raise!
