 Verified Teddy was polite and professional.   He clearly explained the issue to me (along with the other issues he checked) and he answered all my questions thoroughly. It's hard to find technicians who are both highly skilled and genuinely looking out for the customer, but Chase is definitely one of them. If you're looking for someone you can trust, I highly recommend Chase and the team at Roka. Excellent customer service, great communication, and true professionalism.  Verified Had a washer for 18 years - it finally gave up the ghost.  Had Chase come over to see if there was possibly a simple fix.  He diagnosed the problem very quickly and turns out the repair would as much as a new washer.
